No duty of care is owed by the Platform Parties to any person who obtains the Content other than as a registered user, and any such person relies on it entirely at their own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Parties disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) any error or inaccuracy in the Content; (c) your exam results; or (d) any reliance on the Content by you or any third party.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of the Platform Parties shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event, or USD 100, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Parties from and against all claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of this disclaimer, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights through materials you upload.

The Platform may link to official ACCA resources or other third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement or assumption of responsibility for their content or accuracy.

When you register, you consent to receiving email communications, including notifications of ACCA syllabus updates, study tips, platform announcements, and related material. The Platform Parties may modify or discontinue the Platform at any time. This disclaimer may be amended at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Platform operator is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
